Evidence standard
Discovery signals cannot stand alone as publication evidence. Direct primary material is preferred, and high-risk claims require direct authority or independent corroboration.
Facts and interpretation
Verified facts, bounded interpretation and unmet conditions are kept separate. We do not invent motives, intent, numbers or effective dates absent from the evidence.
AI-assisted production
Automated models may assist candidate classification and drafting. Publication eligibility is determined by evidence, numeric, style, duplication and status gates; human samples are reviewed during Shadow and Staging.
Corrections and demotion
Material error, evidence-integrity failure or sustained quality decline can trigger correction, unpublication, Emergency Hold or automatic demotion to Staging.
