Report an error
Shadow-stage disclosure · legal review required before public launch
What to include
Include the article URL, the exact sentence or data point at issue, a concise explanation, and a verifiable primary-source URL. Do not send passwords, API keys, private account data, confidential documents or unnecessary personal information.
How reports are assessed
Reports are compared with the cited evidence and the article revision record. Differences of opinion, writing preference or market outlook are not treated as factual errors; priority is given to material mistakes involving numbers, effective dates, legal status, quotations, identity or source linkage.
Possible outcomes
A confirmed error may lead to an article correction, a visible revision note, unpublication, suspension of related automation or an Emergency Hold. A report that cannot be verified may be closed or returned with a request for additional evidence.
Response and retention
Before a public submission service is enabled, the Privacy page must identify retention, access controls, deletion requests and the actual infrastructure provider. During Shadow validation, no form is enabled unless a public contact endpoint and its privacy review are configured.
The public contact channel is not configured and must be set before public launch.
